Hotel location is top notch. Easy to access halal food and many cafes around. Great that it has free parking too. However, cleanliness is average. The towels have lots of stain marks. The floor feels sandy (no carpet in the room). Breakfast not bad actually, has quite varieties of food. Iron board is outside the room (very well used, looks kinda old). But overall, a decent hotel for low cost stay.

Sentral Hotel Kuantan is a great choice for travelers looking for a convenient stay in the city center. Its prime location offers easy access to nearby food outlets and shops, making it an excellent spot for both business and leisure visitors. The hotel is also very close to Kuantan Tower and the scenic Kuantan River, adding to its appeal.
The rooms are spacious but feel quite empty, and cleanliness is just average. One downside is the noise issue—the water heater is very loud, and the walls are quite thin, making it easy to hear sounds from neighboring rooms, including snoring and doors opening and closing.

The view is great, but not comfortable. Breakfast needs to have more variety in protein, room service needs to be a little earlier and prioritize people who stay longer 😅 The access card didn't work a few times, had to download the recipe again to activate.. sorry but pls keep improving!
